As someone who struggled with binging, self sabotage and having a constant internal dialogue of not wanting to go to the gym (but feeling guilty if I didn’t) one of the hardest parts I found with trainers, weight loss coaches and “health gurus” was the restrictive (shaming) lifestyle. Most wellness coaches preach health but really what they teach is more guilt and restriction. After all, who wants to bring a Tupperware container to a party? I refuse to cancel out my favorite foods or stay in my house like a hermit just to look good! And neither should YOU!
I believe that once a woman connects to her body she intuitively knows and shows up for herself from pure DESIRE to do so. This programs main focus is how to tap into that desire while also showing you how to customize your new healthy routine to your lifestyle, the food you love, and the level of activity you can commit to weekly. As a fellow foodie and wine lover, I’ve made it my life’s mission to educate my clients on how to make food and a healthy lifestyle work FOR them - not the other way around. You shouldn't have to choose between loving how you look and going out to eat. What I teach is how to be connected with yourself and the inner voice that intuitively guides and motivates you to make the better decisions for YOU! You ultimately have the answer, my job is to help you hear her.
Absolutely! In the beginning of the program, I will teach you how to count macronutrients so you can track your food anywhere you go. I will also teach you the tricks I have used to make dining out less about having to eat a salad and more about enjoying what you eat so you are satisfied. A satisfied person stops at content, not stuffed! Eating out CAN work for you on this program!
Not a problem at all! Workouts will only be 30 minutes with the choice to make them longer if you choose (which I will show you how to do). The workouts will be a variation of in-home and at the gym so there are plenty of options. One of the BIGGEST obstacles for women (especially those who work or own a business and even MORE especially if they have kids on top of it) is TIME!! They are busy. Getting kids ready, dropping them off, getting to the business/work, carting kids around, dinner, meetings, etc.
When you factor in DRIVING to and from a gym THEN having to shower, do your hair and makeup, and get ready… if you have kids that literally leaves you with a 3 hour workday and that's impossible for running a business. That’s exactly why I wanted to make this an easy, convenient option for the busy modern day woman. Consider time to be no problem here!
