Get your nutritional basics all in one place. Keep it for easy reference as you try out new recipes and meal plans. Soon all this knowledge will be intuitive so picking meals can be easy!
5-DAY WORKOUT PLAN
This plan will be adaptable to ANY fitness level so you can see muscle toning results without LONG hours at the gym. In less than 45min a day you’ll start to see definition and tone!

I should call this the 5-day DELICOUS meal plan because I only put delicious foods in my plans. These are my most popular and effective plans for sticking to a weight loss plan! (And actually enjoying it!)
WEEKLY GROUP CALL
Each week we’ll go over a different topic pertaining to weight loss, mindset remapping, and fitness. I’ll teach you for the first half of class then open it up for Q&A. You can ask questions about what you just learned or your general progress. This is an open, warm environment where everyone is free to ASK ANY question they want.
WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORT
Each Thursday, you’ll turn in a progress report so I can adjust your plan accordingly, (or maybe even push you harder!) Plus, you’ll get to track just how far you’ve come in a short amount of time!
