Hi, my name is Kerin and I believe we have all been given the gift of freedom! To love the women who have paved the road before us, but also recognize the opportunity WE have to blaze a new trail.

What we have taken on as TRUTH is actually a False Narrative that dictates what our self-worth, body and LIFE should look like. Passing on these limiting beliefs from generation to generation, even though desperately wanting our lives to be different.

I am here to tell you that the stories that were lived out before you do not need to be YOUR story.

We edit our voice, suppress our emotions and disconnect from our truth; subconsciously trying to keep up with “The Jones”, and avoid disrupting status quo, the unspoken family rules.  But really what we are doing is censoring our desires, thus creating the birthplace of self-denial.

We can change what it looks like to be a woman in our family. We can honor our mothers and grandmothers by choosing to live a different story... our own story.  In fact we honor them by doing so.

We do not need to follow in anyone’s footsteps to have reverence for where they have been.

We are a new generation of women.

We believe that sweating out emotions is the secret to feeling powerful, capable and full of promise.

We believe that connected movement is the key to feeling in touch with our body and engaging our unshakable confidence from within.

We believe that being mentally fit starts with a strong inner game, which leads to a relentless self-love that makes everything else we desire become possible.

The Haute movement is for you if you are looking to connect with your body through movement, become  emotionally fit so that you can show up for yourself 100% of the time. This is for you if you are ready to embrace how you are feeling (yes all the feelings, even the not so great ones). This is for you if you are ready to release the trauma, break through the stuck & stagnant emotions that have held you back in the past.  And begin to create what you desire, in your body, relationship with yourself and life!
 
This program is for those willing to acknowledge that they are the one's in the drivers seat of life (and YES that includes your body) and that in order to have a different result you must be willing to do a completely different thing. 
 
DISCLAIMER: This is not for you if you are looking for a quick fix. If you don’t believe that mindset has a direct correlation to how you operate in life AND how you show up with your health. This is not for you if you are still playing victim to your body and looking for the easy way. 
This program is not about restriction, following rules or taking the things you enjoy away. The focus of this program is to help you connect to yourself  so you are more in tune with how your body wants to be taken care of, both in your life and in your health!   As a fellow foodie and wine lover, I’ve made it my life’s mission to educate women on how to have a different conversation around food, fitness and their bodies. This program makes fitness fun again while encompassing a strong community background where you will have both the support of a tribe of women and myself while you move through your journey towards loving the skin you are in.

Not a problem at all! Workouts will vary from 30-40 minutes with the choice to make them longer if you choose (which I will show you how to do). The workouts will be a variation of in-home and at the gym so there are plenty of options. One of the BIGGEST obstacles for women (especially those who work or own a business,have kids) is TIME!! 

When you factor in DRIVING to and from a gym THEN having to shower, do your hair and makeup, and get ready…  that doesn’t leave you much time for the actual workout.  That’s exactly why I wanted to make this an easy, convenient option for the busy modern day woman. No excuses here!
